Athletic Performance Enhancement has developed training programs for elite level athletes and athletes whose goal is to reach elite status. Our Primary Objectives when developing these programs are two fold. First, to take the the athlete to a level that they previously thought may be outside their reach. Second, as we push the envelope, we do so in a manner that does not put the athlete at risk for injury.

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
VERTICAL JUMP TRAINING
Weight training, speed and agility exercises, plyometrics, endurance training, and core stability training to help maximize athlete’s speed, strength and power through a customized program to Proven Protocols.
We work specifically with each athlete’s current physical state and create a program that is specific to helping them to increase their vertical jump and prevent injury.
ACL INJURY PREVENTION
The ACL is one of the most commonly injured ligaments, particularly for change of direction athletes. Our Sportsmetrics ACL Injury Prevention Program for Female Athletes is a Nationally Recognized program that has proven to reduce the risk.
There are multiple Energy Systems that come in to play when playing and training. We make sure your are focused on the one most applicable to your sport(s) or your training goals.
BRIDGE THERAPY FOR THE INJURED
This type of training is customized to an athlete’s specific injuries to re-build them safely and get them game ready. We have worked with many various injuries including, lumbar fractures, rotator cuff injuries, Tommy John and ACL.
Naturally, most of us fall out of Symmetry. MR focuses on the relationship between the Pelvis and Femur. When the Pelvis falls out of it's neutral position, a Kinetic Chain reaction takes place and ultimately can put the athlete at greater risk for injury. Think of a Domino Effect above and below.
FUNCTIONAL MOBILITY TRAINING
BODY SHAPING & CARDIO ENHANCEMENT
When muscle imbalances occur, the functional mobility of the athlete will be compromised. The athlete's dynamic neuromuscular control will be negatively impacted while impairing the athlete's ability to reduce and produce force. Injury risk is elevated.
We provide training to strengthen your heart and help tone muscles for improved body shape. Our focus in training is to help you meet your goals in a safe way that is appropriate for your current physical state.
We offer training for the General Population as well. APE designs programs for individuals who are serious about taking their athletic abilities to the next level. We provide a hands-on educational program that teaches individuals how to properly train to reach their ultimate goals.
